The main celebration will be Saturday, October 4th of this year, with informal gatherings that Friday evening and Sunday morning.

Aquilla is 1hr 30 minutes south of Dallas, 2hrs north of Austin and 30 minutes north of Waco. Waco has a regional airport with connecting flights from Dallas Fort Worth.

Some of the wedding party will be staying on the ranch—others are welcome to camp on the ranch, or stay in one of the hotels in Waco where we’ll have shuttles servicing Saturday’s events. Check out the “TRAVEL DETAILS” section for hotel recommendations and block reservation information.

We encourage those flying in to carpool, please get in touch if looking for a group to share transportation with. For the festivities Saturday evening we’ll provide shuttles to and from select hotels in the area.

Aside from hanging out with us at the ranch (check out THE WEDDING WEEKEND and THE RANCH), Waco has a number of attractions—you can hike at Cameron Park, visit the Dr. Pepper museum, and eat + shop at Magnolia Market downtown.
